When a vision is not written plainly, it is subject to distortions and misinterpretations!
Do you have a vision? Write it down, make it plain so that it will be executed exactly the way you want it.
This
is the secret of great companies and brands. They have their visions
and missions well written. They also have well written operational
profiles so that anybody coming into the company can read it and imbibe
it.
Whatever vision you have and is not written is floating and may even get lost in the interpretation and execution.
